GRIGLIA: GRILLER

UI/UX DESIGN

Background:

GRIGLIA is a sandwich griller designed for Croma that includes preset grilling modes as well as a custom mode where changes can be made based on the user's needs. Mrunmayee Kedar, a third-year product design student, designed this product. My role as a UI/UX designer is to create an interactive user interface that is simple to use and navigate.

Objective:

The prime objective of the UI/UX design is to create an intuitive and engaging user interface that improves the user's experience with the GRIGLIA sandwich griller. The interface should be easy to use, navigate, and visually appealing.

Target Audience:

People who enjoy making grilled sandwiches and other grilled snacks at home are the target users of the GRIGLIA sandwich griller. Everyone who enjoys cooking and wants to have a favourable experience with the product is a potential target user.

Functionality:

Since there is no touch-screen available, the physical buttons are the only viable options for controlling the interface. As a matter of fact, it is essential to design the user experience with the physical buttons and the radial dial button on the deck in mind, ensuring that it can be operated easily and effectively by all users.
