We had considered the concept of "Packaging cum Product" for a hypothetical product at Teenage Engineering. This concept involves providing customers with DIY parts in the packaging, allowing them to assemble the product themselves. By leveraging the IKEA effect, where people tend to value things they've put effort into, we can increase the perceived value of the product.
